Networking for Pet Professionals

Our Sunday, March 2, Meet-Up was hugely successful! However, I got several notes saying that Sunday at 10 a.m. was NOT a good time--adoptions, events, etc.--so I wanted to try a TUESDAY EVENING to see if this worked any better for folks.

We start at 7 and "officially" end no later that 8:30 p.m. (feel free to stay later to build relationships with your fellow pet-enthusiasts). We will discuss ways that we can network on behalf of each other and support each other's businesses.

• Please bring PLENTY of business cards and promotional materials.
  
• You will have an opportunity to give a 5 minute presentation on your business (how long you've been doing it, what makes you different, what you want us to know)
  
• Be prepared to discuss the ONE PRIMARY WAY the rest of us can help your business
  
• Be prepared to discuss the marketing strategy you've used that has produced the best results
  
• Be prepared to discuss the marketing strategy you've used that has been a waste of time or $$
  

Oh, and if you think of it, bring a photo of your pet(s).

Whether you are new to your business, or have been around for 20 years, I think it would be fun to "meet up", network, get to know each other (you have no idea how many requests I get that start "Do you know a good [sitter/trainer/vet/etc]?") and see what else develops.

I'd love to have a once monthly meet-up for pet professionals.

Please note that although there is no fee to attend, we are meeting in a restaurant, so please be prepared to purchase a beverage at minimum.
