Meeting Description: Pet Food: A Dog's Breakfast

The recent CBC documentary brought our simmering worries about pet food back to a boil!

Lets change worry to what we can do while we wait for effective manufacturing and labeling regulations. Organizer Karen Fraser will moderate the topic as the opening conversation. She helped with the "Breakfast" research in a small way and has learned from her work on PETitionz.org.

You can take a positive step by helping with the final details for the new Trust Pet Food. The attendees can then put forward "What I need" topics on any doggy or general subject.

Agenda for the Event

  • Welcome
  • Introduction of members
  • The opening topic
  • Questions, discussion or just listening
  • "What I Need" topics
  • Suggestions for next month
  • Good night at 8 p.m

The $15.00 event fee will help pay for random testing of commercial pet food.

Why you should join:

  • To meet new people and create friendships with those who understand that your dog is a part of all your life decisions.
  • Secondly, to have access to the best information you need to make confident choices for you and your dog.

Ambiance: open, supportive, civil, fun!

Big philosophical statement: everyone is shy; let's get past it together!
